Detoxify Your Colon with a Flaxseed and Prune Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chopped prunes
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
- Blend the ground flaxseed, chopped prunes, banana, and almond milk in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
Note: Flaxseed can thicken the smoothie, so add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
