6- Beer to feed your nails

Beer is very beneficial for nails as it contains magnesium, selenium and potassium which can nourish and strengthen nails.
How to use:
- Pour half a cup of beer into a bowl.
- Now, add 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.
- Then heat some olive oil and add it to the mixture.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Dip your fingers in the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Later, wipe it with a clean towel.
Use this remedy once a week for best results.
