7- Apple Cider Vinegar:

What is necessary:
- 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- Water
- cotton wool
- nail clippers
Directions:
- Dilute the ACV using water to avoid irritation of the surrounding skin.
- Ideally, the best ratio is 1:1, meaning equal amounts of apple cider vinegar and water.
- Soak your nails in the solution for about 10 minutes. This gives enough time for the effects of the remedy to set in as it softens the nails and cuticle.
- Dry your hands gently and proceed to push the cuticles as gently as possible.
- Finish this remedy by using a moisturizer suitable for the skin.
- Use this remedy daily until your nails are in better condition.
NOTE: You can keep the ACV solution for later use.
