A natural mask that helps whiten sensitive areas of the body

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of gram flour (also known as chickpea flour)
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the gram flour, milk, and honey until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Apply the paste to the dark areas such as underarms, knees, and elbows.
  3. Leave the paste on for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Rinse off the paste with warm water and pat the areas dry.
