You will need to
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- Water
What you have to do
Take a teaspoon of ground flax seeds and add a little water to form a thick paste.
Apply this flaxseed paste directly on the leg ulcers.
Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with water.
You can also wrap the leg ulcer in a plastic wrap after applying the flaxseed paste and leave it on overnight.
You can also consume flax seeds for added benefits.
