Get Rid of Cracked Heels

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup shea butter
  • 10-15 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and shea butter over low heat until completely melted.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the lavender essential oil (if using) until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a clean, dry jar or container and let it cool and solidify.
  5. Once the mixture has solidified, use a small amount of the moisturizer to massage your feet, paying special attention to any dry or cracked areas.
  6. For best results, apply the moisturizer to your feet daily, preferably before bed.
