Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Epsom salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional)
- Warm water
Instructions:
- Fill a basin or foot tub with warm water.
- Add the Epsom salt and baking soda and stir until dissolved.
- Add the peppermint essential oil (if using) and stir again.
- Soak your feet in the solution for 15-20 minutes, adding more warm water if needed to keep the temperature comfortable.
- After soaking, dry your feet thoroughly and apply a moisturizer or lotion.
