Instructions:

- In a basin or foot tub, mix together the ground oatmeal and baking soda.
- Fill the basin with warm water and stir until the mixture is fully dissolved.
- Soak your feet in the solution for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse off with warm water and pat your feet dry.
- Follow up with a moisturizer or lotion.
