Get Rid of Cracked Heels

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • Warm water

Instructions:

  1. Grind the oatmeal into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
  2. In a basin or foot tub, mix together the ground oatmeal and baking soda.
  3. Fill the basin with warm water and stir until the mixture is fully dissolved.
  4. Soak your feet in the solution for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Rinse off with warm water and pat your feet dry.
  6. Follow up with a moisturizer or lotion.
