Fruit and carrot juice

What you need

  • 1 carrot
  • Choice of fruit (blueberries, prunes, apples/pears, strawberries, grapes and/or grapefruit)
  • Black pepper
  • a pinch of salt

How do you prepare

Blend carrots and chopped fruit in food processor.

Add a little salt and black pepper.

Spin it.

Note:  Do not strain the juice because it loses its fiber content. If you are not comfortable drinking the juice unstrained, you can mix the strained and unstrained juice initially. In addition, it is always better to eat whole fruits and vegetables to take better advantage of all their nutrients.
