Whey Detox Drink
What you need
- Whey/Plain Curd
- Mint leaves
- Coriander leaves
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seeds (toasted)
- a pinch of salt
How do you prepare
Pour the buttermilk into a pitcher. You can also mix two tablespoons of regular curd, a pinch of salt, and water to make your own homemade buttermilk.
Chop a few mint and coriander leaves.
Thinly slice half a carrot.
Mix the carrots and herbs with the buttermilk.
Add a pinch of salt and some roasted cumin seed powder and stir well.
